We are on the lookout for a Junior Implementation Manager for our fantastic office in Copenhagen, to join and learn from the best client-facing team ever!

As a Junior Implementation Manager, you manage your own projects whilst also working side by side with our Implementation Managers supporting them on client projects, which can be medium to large clients like Ganni, Matas, Bauhaus, Nordisk Film, Salling Group, etc. You will structure, communicate and project manage the process of bridging and facilitating complex knowledge and ideas from diverse stakeholders into solutions, which ultimately will lead to the launch of a personalized app, orchestrated by you.

This is an exciting and transformative time to join Relesys, as we in May 2024 went into a strategic partnership with the Private Equity fund, Copilot Capital, where the coming years will bring extensive growth and opportunities along the way. Your key responsibilities 

Your role will include, but will not be limited to...

• Manage and support the implementation of client projects, coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Guide clients in strategic communication and content strategy
• Test the software solutions we are customizing for our clients
• Prepare training materials and facilitate client workshops
• Provide project documentation and stakeholder communication, (formidle teknisk information på en let forståelig måde)
• Cross-functional team collaboration across internal departments (such as the sales team, product team, design team, and support), to address ad-hoc tasks and project-related needs
• Contribute to a positive team environment and assist in fostering client satisfaction
  


Who are you

• 0-6 months of project management experience in a client-facing role
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, working across multiple projects and clients at one time
• It is a big advantage if you have worked in retail, as you will be one bit closer to the everyday communication and alignment struggles of our Clients' employees
• Have a commercial mindset
• You are tech savvy and data driven
• Are an emphatic and passionate person who takes great pride in providing an exceptional client experience
• Are self-driven, proactive, and ambitious with a great understanding of the importance of a strong team
• Strong analytical skills & data-driven mindset to evaluate performance and make adequate operational decisions
• Are comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups and engaging with senior executives about technical business topics
• Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus but not a requirement
• You are located in or near Copenhagen
• Have professional proficiency in both spoken and written Danish and English
