We are looking for an engaged and ambitious QA Engineer to join our Development team in Lithuania. You will be part of a highly motivated and agile Development team where you will be working closely with other bright minds in the sprint, and be responsible for the test aspects relating to the different deliveries. You will have a vital role in assuring the highest quality of our product!

Your responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and verify fixes
  
• Execute root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and ensure effective resolution
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform regression testing to ensure that software changes have not adversely affected existing functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve issues
• Document and track defects using appropriate tools
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies

Who are you?

• 2+ years of experience in manual software testing
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test case management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise bug reports
• Excellent attention to detail with a quality focus and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Disciplined, structured, and open-minded, even when it's burning
• You have a natural desire to ensure a strong team spirit in your daily work
• You believe that performance is not a matter of fast deliveries but high-quality deliveries and a strong team spirit
• You thrive working under a high level of autonomy taking responsibility of own tasks
• You are located in or near Vilnius or Kaunas, as this position is hybrid with 3 days in-office with colleagues 🇱🇹
• You have excellent communication skills in verbal and written English

 Furthermore, it would be great, but not required, if you:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 
• ISTQB certification is a plus
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks 
• SQL knowledge is a plus

• As we are on a scaling journey, we are looking for a mid QA Engineer, and the salary range will be based on your experience and skill level, starts from EUR 2,000 gross per month🌟
