Joining a leading software scale-up like Relesys, means a high-energy environment, great variation in tasks and great people! Your tasks will be focusing significantly on SaaS agreements, supply agreements and contract negotiations, legal infrastructure across markets, Corporate/Company Law (Danish Capital Market Act and MAR), GDPR and having direct contact with our external counsels in our markets in Europe.

Your key responsibilities:
As Legal Counsel at Relesys, your role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, Order Forms, SOWs, NDAs and partnership agreements - balancing speed and risk in negotiations
- Advise on regulatory matters primarily within GDPR and Data Privacy Compliance in collaboration with CTO
- Make sure we are compliant with Corporate/Company Law (Danish Capital Market Act and MAR)
- Negotiate supplier and technology/vendor contracts, including information security and data-processing requirements
- Set up and maintain a solid Legal infrastructure across our markets.
- Build and maintain scalable legal processes (templates, playbooks, clause library, signing/CLM tools), deliver stakeholder training, and drive continuous improvement across markets
- Provide support to the Talent & People department on employment contract templates and related HR documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable local laws in our operating markets, while maintaining direct contact with both local and international external advisors
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, HR, Product, and Security to enable growth while maintaining compliance and a pragmatic risk profile
- Managing practicalities during and around board meetings
Who are you?:
- You have +5 years of experience and hold a Master's degree in Commercial law and economics
- You have experience from a similar job within the legal field
- Strong communicator and negotiator with a commercial mindset
- Collaborative partner to non-legal teams, translating legal into clear, practical guidance
- Ideally you have experience from a scale-up SaaS business and an IT appetite
- You have an eye for detail, work with structure and are thorough with your tasks
- You are confident in your abilities and not afraid to execute 💪
- You are an independent team player
- Ideally you have worked in a company with a US market presence
- It is if you have experience with opening of new markets and expansions
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Danish and English 🇩🇰🇬🇧
