Are you an ambitious and experienced AI‑focused Product Manager ready to take ownership of our innovation track and elevate how AI comes to life across the Relesys platform? We are looking for someone with a proven track record of shipping AI features, who brings deep technical understanding, strong communication skills, and the confidence to challenge, inspire, and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.

In this role, you will act as a sparring partner for other PMs working with AI, drive experimentation and evaluation frameworks for AI features, and ensure that every AI initiative delivers measurable outcomes for our clients. You will join a dynamic Product and Development Team, where you will help shape our AI strategy and play a key role in scaling the AI discipline across Relesys.You will collect complex business and technical needs, transform them into clear product direction, and lead the discovery and delivery of AI‑powered features with strong end‑user impact. 🌍

Your key responsibilities:

As an AI Product Manager, your role will include: 

• Lead the discovery and delivery of AI/ML innovation capabilities supporting the longer-term product strategy

• Analyze the user needs and feedback, conduct market research, and identify the customer segments and value propositions

• Measure the evaluation and success metrics of newly launched AI/ML capabilities

• Ensure AI innovation best practices are followed in collaboration with your triad

• Coordinate work with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to help define the strategy and roadmap

• Run Client Advisory Board innovation sessions

• Act as a proactive, self-driven Product Manager balancing expectations with stakeholders and executing the innovation strategy

Who are you?

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role, preferably within a scale-up or late-stage startup environment

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

• Experience of leading AI/ML-driven products from ideas to market

• Proven track record of taking AI/ML-driven products to market

• Understanding of AI tech opportunities and limitations, and the ability to actively apply this knowledge to ideation, monetization discussions

• Ideally, hands-on experience running AI feature evaluations, including model performance, accuracy thresholds etc.

• Prefer to work in a fast-paced, dynamic scaleup environment, requiring re-prioritization skills and fast adoption

• Experience with translating complex data into loveable product strategies and user-centric solutions

• Great communication skills in verbal and written English and experience with pitching to management and clients to create buy-in

• You’re curious, structured, and eager to take ownership

• Are located in the Copenhagen area or close to as this position is primarily in-office 🇩🇰
