As our People & Talent Associate Intern, you’ll play a meaningful role in helping us attract, onboard, and support the talented individuals who drive Relesys forward.
You will support the team across both internal and external talent activities, helping ensure smooth processes, great employee experiences, and efficient workflows. You’ll be our very first People & Talent Associate Intern, joining a rapidly evolving team that constantly looks for smarter ways of working and new initiatives that support our business needs.

Responsibilities
As a People & Talent Associate Intern, you will focus on both recruitment and internal administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to...
Assist on multiple recruitment projects across different profiles and regions, and gradually take on more responsibility of selected projects
Conduct efficient search&selection processes, and once ramped, perform screening calls to assess candidate skill levels and organizational fit, presenting and recommending candidates to the hiring team accordingly
Maintain our job portal and job posts to ensure consistency and quality of our candidate experience.
Assist in onboarding processes in the creation of onboarding plans and communication with new employees
Assist in the maintenance of employee records and files, including updating information in the company's people management systems
Schedule and coordinate internal meetings to ensure smooth operations
Assist in the execution of internal and external events, such as company thriving events and external employee branding events
Articulate our value proposition in a way that engages and motivates active and passive candidates to join us on the Relesys growth journey
Assisting with the creation and distribution of employee communications, such as internal announcements or updates to the Employee Handbook
Support in the research and development of the Talent department's processes and tools for the purpose of making us even better
Take part in assisting and managing our internal Relesys app and contribute proactively to its evolvement
Assists on admin tasks and ad hoc
Who are you?
You are currently enrolled in a PBA, bachelor's or master's program within the fields of HRM, Psychology, Business process and administration or Communication
Strong sense of structure and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with a wide range of stakeholders, including applicants, employees, and team members
An analytical eye for detail when completing administrative tasks an organizer with a creative mind who loves structure and is eager to learn and develop
You are not afraid to bring your ideas to the table and challenge the ordinary
A willingness to adapt to new situations, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
It is an advantage if you have familiarity with people management systems and processes, including recruitment and onboarding, training and development, and performance evaluation
You can work full-time during your internship
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
You are located in or near Copenhagen as this internship is on-site 🇩🇰
