We are searching for a Client Onboarding Intern eager to learn and make a difference for our clients. You will work side by side with our Solution Excellence Team, helping new clients get up and running on the platform – from workshops and training to onboarding material and testing before launch. Along the way, you will learn to plan and run client workshops, create practical training material and content, coordinate projects across teams, and help new users and administrators feel confident using their app.

We are already working with clients like Joe and the Juice, Reitan, Specsavers, Mercedes-Benz, Gina Tricot, Tiger of Sweden, Matas, Salling Group, COOP, Carlsberg etc., which are amazing brands and proof of the quality and reputation of our product, service, and attention to detail that we always provide to our clients. Our clients are not just considered our customers, but we consider them our colleagues with whom we build strong and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to...

• Help plan, prepare and run client workshops, including agendas, exercises and follow-up material

• Create and maintain onboarding material such as training guides, templates, best-practice examples on content creation

• Participate in client training sessions and help new users and administrators get confident with the platform

• Test and review client solutions before launch to make sure they match the agreed setup and use cases

• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Development to share client insights and keep enablement material up to date

• Help coordinate timelines, resources and deliverables across Solution Excellence projects

• Keep project documentation up to date

• Support on content creation and material for new clients.

• Take on ad-hoc tasks across the team as needs arise, and help create a positive experience for both colleagues and clients

Who are you

• You are an organizer with a creative mind who loves structure and is eager to learn and develop

• You are not afraid to bring your ideas to the table and challenge the ordinary

• You are a team player, both on and off the field

• You have a strong work ethic with high-performance genes but are always humble

• You have experience and interest in communication, customer care, and project management (perhaps you are even interested in software and apps)

• You can work full-time during your internship

• You are perhaps studying for a degree in communication, project management, or IT. Ideally, you are at the end of your education as we hope to engage in a longterm collaboration after you finish your studies!

• You have impeccable Danish and English skills (both verbal and written) 🇩🇰 🇬🇧

• You are located in or near Copenhagen as this internship is on-site
